Our many years of experience have taught us that the key to any successful labour intensive operation is effective management combined with quality supervision.
By embracing technology, City & Essex have introduced the ‘Cleanlink’ system of data capture via IPAD technology. Replacing traditional and time consuming paper procedures previously used for quality monitoring, this system allows us to continually check and benchmark our work and make information readily available to our clients.
However, at City & Essex we also realise that the provision of data is no substitute for regular client liaison and contact supervision. We actively encourage periodic meetings with our customers to review performance, agree any changes and discuss future requirements.
It is also important to know where our teams are so that we can react quickly for our clients. All our vehicles are equipped with real-time tracking devices enabling us to direct our operatives quickly and efficiently. Customers also have access to our Cleaning Help Desk and a list of key personnel who are contactable 24 hours a day.
